Order Tracking

When you place an order with INNARAH.com, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you have questions about your order please email customerservice@innarah.com. Please include your order number in the subject line of your email.

Out-of-Stock & Back Order

We strive to always be in stock on every item however, on occasion, the availability of a raw material might lead to a delay. Should an item on your order be out of stock, we will notify you via email the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.

Return Policy

1. Please complete the entire Return Form located on the invoice of your shipment. Cut off the Return Form and place it inside your return shipment. Please make a copy of your invoice and keep for your records. Innarah™ does not refund your original shipping costs. You are responsible for return postage. Innarah™ is not responsible for lost or incorrectly delivered items.

2. Please ship the products in the original packaging to the address below to ensure that your return remains eligible for a refund. The return must be postmarked within 30 days of the original ship date on your invoice, and the product must be mostly full. Multiple exchanges of product will not be allowed.

3. A full refund will be issued on a return that included a FREE product or a FREE gift, only if the return is made within 30 days of original ship date on the invoice, and the FREE gift accompanies the return. Any product that is returned without a promotional item(s) that was included with the original transaction will have the value of the promotional item (divided by the number of products purchased) deducted from the refund amount.Returns take approximately 14 business days from receipt of the package to process.
